ABOUT TEAM FATHERS (2024)
The motorsport dream has always lived in dad, Adams, mind and in 2017 at the age of 27 he finally got the opportunity to own a race car.
With no racing experience other than being an avid viewer and keen follower it was a brave step to jump straight into a Formula Ford - described by many former Formula One drivers as the best car to learn your craft in, whilst being one of the most demanding to control and get the most out of.
Adam is dad of Jenson(8), Rene(7), Ralf(5) and Roman(3). With his 4 boys attending races from there early weeks of life, motorsport has become a part of them and it was only a matter of time before they asked the question, when can I have a go?
We purchased our first kart when jenson was 4, in which he started racing with 2 years ago, aged 6. 2024 will see him move up to the Honda GX200 Cadet class.
Second eldest Rene caught the bug in early 2023, he completed his first year with a 4th in the championship at Lydd and a respectable 7th at a very competitive Rye House.
2024 will see Ralf turn 6, the magical 6th birthday gives the green light for racing, he will start his racing journey as the others did in the bambino Comer c50 class.
